When NPR created their Budget Hero commentors quicky stated things like "it's too liberal" and "they used right wing think tank as a *credible* source." Such statements reveal as much or more about the reader as they do about the media.

If you’re going to openly sell crap links on the footer of your site to Mesothelioma Lawyers, Ticket Scalpers, Personal Injury Law Firms and other blatant spam related and irrelevant sites (sites which are not relevant to your own), Google is going to find you out and probably penalize you.

Such is the case of NewsDay.com, which was slapped with a Google Penalty for openly selling spam links throughout their high profile site.

These were the last few words that Yahoo’s Jerry Yang said during his conversation with Boom Town’s Kara Swisher. Mr. Yang was of course answering to two issues, or should we say two companies threatening to takeover Yahoo’s Board and owning the company.

A bunch of goodies recently. I still have about 5 pages worth of links saved up, but figured it was a good time to share some of the new and the old. Rather than pounding out 10 blog posts I figured it would be easier to write a nice list of attention worthy items.
